gz03CvmMy name is Clark W. and have I got a recipe for you! It’s currently my second month here at Casting Networks and I’ve been enjoying every second. I play drums and enough bass to get by, but my real passion is the guitar. The best time of my life was spent building backpacking trails in northern New Mexico. The reason for this was the food. It was during that time that I learned how to cook the juiciest steak.

My name is Victoria and I started working at Casting Networks just over a month ago. I moved here from Australia and couldn’t be happier working for this fantastic company. I’m a bit of a ‘Yes’ person and have found myself in some crazy situations – the most memorable one being on stage with Wu Tang Clan. I have a secret obsession with cats; and I may or may not have some form of chocolate every day.

PastedGraphic-1Hi everyone! It’s Erin again, CNI’s resident Marketing Manager. One of my new favorite past times is adding recipes to my “Feeding Frenzy” board on Pinterest, and I’ve been cooking up a lot of great new recipes because of it.
This month’s recipe is all about one of the major loves of my life – BACON. I was recently invited to participate in my friend’s food swap, and wanted to bring something that would *hopefully* be a crowd pleaser. (Shoutout to the #LAfoodieSwap!) If you love bacon, I can pretty much guarantee that you will love this recipe. This bacon is quite literally, my jam. It is perfect as a spread for your homemade breakfast sandwiches, or solo on a piece of toast. (I may have had a spoonful or two by itself as well.)

jessicaHi everybody, my name is Jessica. I’ve been managing UK Talent Support and Billing Department for over a year. I’m a TV addict, a sucker for gadgets, fond of cheese and I like to sit back and unwind (“drums please, summer, summer, summertime”) while sipping rosé on a terrace cafe. I grew up in a Franco-Lebanese household where we breathed, smelled, shared and enjoyed food prepared for a regiment…The recipe I chose to share with you can be tweaked to taste. It is a no-brainer traditional dish which pretty much embodies both cultures and can be served hot or lukewarm.

AmandaHi! My name is Amanda Martinez, I am a CSR for Casting Networks! In my free time I love enjoying a fun, relaxing day with my family. I have two precious little girls and they sure keep me busy, but watching them grow is the best gift I have been blessed with. Growing up in my family, food is always a big deal! I come from a Mexican, Italian, and Cuban background, so believe me, when I say if you’re not ready to get your hands a little dirty, it will be hard to survive in my household. Growing up I always remember one recipe my mother would prepare, and it’s definitely a meal that I can request any time I go to visit her. Having two little girls definitely motivates me to learn all of the special recipes that my family has to offer. I am happy to share with Casting Networks and all of you this one recipe and let you all know how much I love this wonderful, tasty meal! Feel more than welcome to try it out and enjoy with your loved ones! And please don’t forget the sides!!!!

photo-8Hey Everyone! My name is Justin. When I’m not workin hard at Casting Networks (where I assist all the great and wonderful casting directors) I like to hit up casual dining chain restaurants with my “boys.” I’m a very big fan of the Darden Restaurants corporate umbrella of eateries (Olive Garden, Longhorn, Red Lobster and Bahama Breeze. Bahama Breeze being everyone’s favorite!) One thing you should know about me is that I ALWAYS wear a funny hat. And If you see me in public, make sure to order me a round of cheese sticks.
